Conveyance of the Subsequent Receivables and the Subsequent Other Conveyed Property]. (a) [On each Subsequent Transfer Date and simultaneously with the execution and delivery of the related Subsequent Purchase Agreement, the Seller shall sell, transfer, assign, and otherwise convey to Purchaser without recourse (but without limitation of its obligations in this Agreement), and Purchaser shall purchase, all right, title and interest of Seller in and to the Subsequent Receivables and the Subsequent Other Conveyed Property.
