  • CONVEYANCE OF THE SAID PLOT The Promoter, on receipt of Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot] as per para 1.2 under the Agreement from the Allottee, shall execute a conveyance deed and convey the title of the plot together with proportionate indivisible share in the Common Areas within 3 months from the date of issuance of the occupancy certificate* and the completion certificate, as the case may be, to the allottee. [Provided that, in the absence of local law, the conveyance deed in favour of the allottee shall be carried out by the promoter within 3 months from the date of issue of occupancy certificate]. However, in case the Allottee fails to deposit the stamp duty and/or registration charges within the period mentioned in the notice, the Allottee authorizes the Promoter to withhold registration of the conveyance deed in his/her favour till payment of stamp duty and registration charges to the Promoter is made by the Allottee.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Construction of academic or residential buildings on the UC Berkeley campus may be scheduled for the term of this Lease in the vicinity of the apartments. Capital improvement and other major housing construction or repair projects will necessarily cause increased noise and dust in affected and nearby residences at certain times. There is the possibility of both planned and unplanned utility shutdowns and access to certain facilities, streets, parking lots, walking, and bike pathways may be limited, rerouted, or completely restricted. The University will work with building contractors to make every effort to minimize construction inconveniences. By agreeing to this Lease Agreement, the Resident acknowledges notice of the possibility of scheduled construction and access limitations, and acknowledges that there will be disturbances, disruptions, and inconveniences resulting from such constructions and has agreed to such. The Resident also acknowledges that increased noise, dust, potential reassignment, or loss of parking spaces related to construction or renovation are not grounds for cancellation or termination of this Lease.

  • Conveyance of Property In exchange for the payment of both the Purchase Price and the Buyer’s Premium in accordance with Sections 1 and 2 above, Oceaneering shall issue to Buyer a Xxxx of Sale in the form attached hereto as Schedule 2 and incorporated herein for all purposes, whereby Seller shall TRANSFER, CONVEY, SELL, DELIVER and ASSIGN to Buyer the Property in its present condition and location, free and clear of all liens, claims and other encumbrances.   • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project until the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of allottees upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the project.   • Tests, Labs, and Imaging and X rays (diagnostic) This plan covers diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging and x-rays to diagnose or treat a condition when ordered by a physician. Major Diagnostic Imaging and Tests Major diagnostic imaging and tests include but are not limited to: • magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), • magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), • computerized axial tomography (CAT or CT scans), • nuclear scans, • positron emission tomography (PET scan), and • cardiac imaging. Preauthorization may be required for major diagnostic imaging and tests. This plan covers MRI examinations when the quality assurance standards of R.I. General Law §27-20-41 are met. MRI examinations conducted outside of the State of Rhode Island must be performed in accordance with the applicable laws of the state in which the examination has been conducted. Diagnostic Imaging and X-rays (other than the imaging services noted above) Diagnostic imaging and x-rays include but are not limited to: • general imaging (such as x-rays and ultrasounds), and • mammograms.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS If the project is NEW CONSTRUCTION, then the following provisions apply:

  • Acceptance and Amendments This Agreement shall not become effective until accepted by Tomorrow Energy. Tomorrow Energy may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, consistent with any applicable law, rule or regulation, by providing notice to Customer of such amendment at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date thereof. Upon receipt of written notice of a material change, customer may terminate this Agreement prior to the date such change becomes effective without penalty.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT (11-20-07) (Rev. 1-17-12) 104-10 SP1 G125 Revise the 2012 Standard Specifications as follows: Page 1-35, Article 104-10 Maintenance of the Project, line 25, add the following after the first sentence of the first paragraph: All guardrail/guiderail within the project limits shall be included in this maintenance. Page 1-35, Article 104-10 Maintenance of the Project, line 30, add the following as the last sentence of the first paragraph: The Contractor shall perform weekly inspections of guardrail and guiderail and shall report damages to the Engineer on the same day of the weekly inspection. Where damaged guardrail or guiderail is repaired or replaced as a result of maintaining the project in accordance with this article, such repair or replacement shall be performed within 7 consecutive calendar days of such inspection report. Page 1-35, Article 104-10 Maintenance of the Project, lines 42-44, replace the last sentence of the last paragraph with the following: The Contractor will not be directly compensated for any maintenance operations necessary, except for maintenance of guardrail/guiderail, as this work will be considered incidental to the work covered by the various contract items. The provisions of Article 104-7, Extra Work, and Article 104-8, Compensation and Record Keeping will apply to authorized maintenance of guardrail/guiderail. Performance of weekly inspections of guardrail/guiderail, and the damage reports required as described above, will be considered to be an incidental part of the work being paid for by the various contract items.
