Converters. It is acknowledged and agreed that Customer shall not be liable for the performance of any obligation that may be undertaken by any of the Converters to 3M in connection with the purchase of Components pursuant to this agreement or otherwise including, without limitation, the payment for Components pursuant to any orders placed by such Converters with 3M. Not withstanding the foregoing, Customer agrees to cooperate with 3M and render all assistance that may be reasonably requested with respect to any default by Converter in connection with its purchase of Components from 3M.
Converters. Grantee shall provide the converters specified in this Agreement to subscribers utilizing converters upon subscription to the system. Grantee shall not scramble the basic tier.
Converters. Use of PSX signal converters with the Cobalt Flux platform can give mixed results, and while it is generally safe, Cobalt Flux will not guarantee that the platform will function properly with all types of converters. Cobalt Flux in general will not provide support for converter related problems beyond what is stated in this manual.

The Franchisee shall be responsible for picking up and changing out converters at a Subscriber’s request at no additional charge, where such change out is initiated by the Franchisee’s expansion of Channel capacity for no more than one (1) month following any such change. Subscribers may also bring converters to office locations identified by the Franchisee in notifications to Subscribers (such as a bill message) for drop off or exchange themselves.

Subscribers may also bring converters to office locations identified by the Franchisee in notifications to Subscribers (such as a xxxx message) for drop off or exchange themselves.
