Conversion to Paper-Based Settlement. If, at any time after the Day of Sale, a party reasonably believes that settlement and Lodgement can no longer be conducted electronically, that party must immediately give notice in writing to the other party to that effect, in which case: 14.5.1 the parties shall effect a paper based settlement as soon as possible; and 14.5.2 the parties shall have no rights or claims against each other due to settlement converting to a paper based settlement, other than as set out in special conditions 14.6 and 14.7.
