Conversion Review Procedure Sample Clauses
The Conversion Review Procedure clause establishes the process by which a proposed conversion—such as changing the form of an agreement, asset, or security—is evaluated and approved. Conversion Review Procedure. The parties recognize that implementation of a new Job Evaluation Plan is likely to result in a number of classification review requests. The parties agree to the following process for dispute resolution consisting of two (2) levels of review:
