Common use of Convening meetings Clause in Contracts

Convening meetings. The Coordinator shall convene ordinary meetings of the Steering Committee at least at the beginning (Kick-Off), during the three workshops and on the occasion of a final review and shall also convene extraordinary meetings at any time upon written request of any Member.
