Common use of Controlling Law; Severability Clause in Contracts

Controlling Law; Severability. Nevada law shall govern this Agreement and its interpretation. If any provision is unenforceable for any reason, it shall be deemed stricken from the Agreement but shall not otherwise affect the intention of the parties or the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

Controlling Law; Severability. This agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without reference to its conflicts of law provisions, and shall govern this Agreement be binding upon the parties and its interpretationtheir respective heirs, executors, successors and assigns.
