Controlling Interpretation. The other Loan Documents delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement shall supplement and be in addition to the terms and provisions of this Agreement. If an inconsistency of provisions should exist between any of the Loan Documents, the interpretation of such provision most favorable to Bank, as Bank shall determine in its sole discretion, shall control.
