Controller's Statement. The Controller states, that prior to concluding the Agreement, it has familiarised itself with the technical and organisational measures that the Processor has introduced or will implement in order to ensure compliance of the processing of Personal Data with the Regulation and to ensure sufficient protection of the rights of Data Subjects, and considers the provided guarantees to be sufficient.
