Common use of Controller Clause in Contracts

Controller. The Controller shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company. The Controller shall render to the Management Committee an account of all transactions and of the financial condition of the Company. The Controller shall perform such other duties and shall have such other responsibilities and authority as are set forth in this Agreement or as are, from time to time, Approved by the Management Committee or delegated by the Chief Financial Officer. The Controller shall also have the general duties, powers and responsibilities of a controller of a corporation.

Controller. The Member may appoint a Controller who shall keep full and accurate accounts or cause to be kept in the books of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company. The Controller shall render to the Management Committee an Company provided for that purpose a true account of all transactions transactions, and of the financial condition assets and liabilities, of the Company. The Controller shall prepare and submit to the Chief Executive Officer or the President such financial statements and schedules as may be required to keep such officer currently informed of the operations and financial condition of the Company, and shall perform such other duties and shall have such other responsibilities and authority as are set forth in this Agreement or as are, from time to time, Approved may be assigned by the Management Committee or delegated by Member, the Chief Financial Officer. The Controller shall also have Executive Officer or the general duties, powers and responsibilities of a controller of a corporationPresident.
