CONTROLLER DATA. You grant (or warrant that the owner of the following rights has expressly granted) Munters, during the entire intellectual property rights protection period, a perpetual, non-time limited, non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to store, display, view, download, modify and alter any data collected by the Controller and imported to the App (“Controller Data”) and use it for the purposes of, including without limitation, troubleshooting, support and statistical purposes as well as for Munters’ product development activities. Munters shall have the right to share and transfer Controller Data to third parties to the extent required for the purposes of, including without limitation, provision of services (such as part of an independent service offering), troubleshooting, support, analytical and statistical purposes as well as product development activities. If the Controller Data includes personal data, the processing of such data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
CONTROLLER DATA. We are a controller of Platform Personal Data. You also act as a controller with respect to Platform Personal Data and in certain cases, either of the parties may transfer the Platform Personal Data to the other party for that other party to act as a controller of the Platform Personal Data. The parties acknowledge and agree that each is acting independently as controllers in respect of Platform Personal Data and the parties are not joint controllers as defined under applicable Data Protection Legislation. Where Customer receives, or is provided access to Platform Personal Data pursuant to this DPA, Section 3 below applies.
CONTROLLER DATA. 13.1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that (as between the parties) AngelList shall be freely able to use and disclose (without restriction) the Controller Data for any such purposes as AngelList may in its sole discretion determine.
13.2. To the extent that any Controller Data constitutes Personal Data for the purposes of the Data Protection Laws, AngelList:
(a) shall be an independent Data Controller in respect of such Controller Data;
(b) may independently determine the purposes and means of its Processing of such Controller Data.
CONTROLLER DATA. 15.1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that (as between the Parties) Precisely shall be freely able to use and disclose (without restriction) the Controller Data for any such purposes as Precisely may in its sole discretion determine.
15.2. To the extent that any Controller Data constitutes Personal Data for the purposes of the Data Protection Laws, Precisely:
(a) shall be an independent Data Controller in respect of such Controller Data;
(b) may independently determine the purposes and means of its Processing of such Controller Data.
