CONTROLLED / HAZARDOUS MATERIALS; SAFETY DATA SHEETS. The Seller shall provide the appropriate documentation, in English and also, if available, in French, to protect the health, safety and environment of individuals and communities associated with the Buyer’s Site, that comply with all applicable international, national, state, provincial, and local laws. Details for the minimum requirements to ensure appropriate precautions are as follows: i) The Hazardous Products Act, which places duties on suppliers, who sell or import a hazardous material for use in a workplace in Canada, to provide labels and material safety data sheets to their customers.
