CONTROL STANDARDS. 7.1 Quality Assurance. Manufacturer shall implement and maintain such quality assurance standards as necessary to produce and deliver Products to A10 that are defect-free and are of first-class workmanship and quality. Manufacturer shall, wherever possible, utilize state-of-the-art equipment in its production process and manufacture Products in accordance with the quality plan (MPI and TPI) as mutually agreed by the parties. Manufacturer shall take all steps necessary to maintain ISO 9001 certification at its manufacturing facilities.
