Control Reports. A control report report for Lead Partner and each Partner, conforming to the instructions of the MA according to Article 1.12, produced by a controller appointed in accordance with the control system established at national level, shall be attached to the requests for payments; The controller examines whether the costs declared by the Lead Partner /Partner are real, accurately recorded and eligible, including necessary for the implementation of the project, in accordance with the Contract, as well as the revenue of the project including the interest from the grant and issues an expenditure verification report conforming to the instructions of the MA according to Article 1.12. The Lead Partner will submit to the MA the control reports accompanied by the Control Certificate issued by the Controllers of all Project Partners for control. The control reports accompanying a request for payment of the final balance covers all expenditures not covered by any previous control report.
Control Reports. CLEC accepts input data provided by PACIFIC in EMR format in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this section of the Attachment. In order to ensure the overall integrity of the usage being transmitted from PACIFIC to CLEC, data transfer control reports will be required. These reports shall be provided by CLEC to PACIFIC on a daily or otherwise negotiated basis and reflect the results of the processing for each pack transmitted by PACIFIC.
Control Reports. AT&T accepts input data provided by U S WEST in EMR format in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in Attachment 5 this Attachment 5. In order to ensure the overall integrity of the usage being transmitted from U S WEST to AT&T, data transfer control reports shall be required. These reports shall be provided by AT&T to U S WEST on a daily or otherwise negotiated basis and shall reflect the results of the processing for each pack transmitted by U S WEST.
Control Reports. AT&T accepts input data provided by GTE in EMR format in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this section of the Attachment. In order to ensure the overall integrity of the usage being transmitted from GTE TO AT&T, data transfer control reports will be required. These reports shall be provided by AT&T to GTE on a daily or otherwise negotiated basis and reflect the results of the processing for each pack transmitted by GTE.
Control Reports. To the extent Service Provider has engaged an accounting firm to assess its internal controls and issue a corresponding Financial Intermediary Controls and Compliance Assessment ("XXXXX Report"), Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 ("SSAE 16 Report"), or Service Organization Controls Report ("SOC 1 Report") (collectively, "Control Reports"), Service Provider agrees to provide the most current version of each such Control Report to the Trust within 30 days of the date of this Agreement. Additionally, Service Provider agrees to provide to the Trust any and all future Control Reports within 30 days of issuance. To the extent Service Provider does not engage an accounting firm to assess its internal controls under a XXXXX Report, Service Provider agrees that upon request it will complete and provide to the Trust an annual questionnaire in the format designated by the Trust (the "Annual Questionnaire") that is designed to assess Service Provider's internal controls relating to the services provided by Service Provider to the Trust and the calculation, invoicing and payment of fees by the Trust to Service Provider, it being understood that an SSAE 16 Report and/or SOC 1 Report may be provided in lieu of a response to certain questions in the Annual Questionnaire, as applicable.
Control Reports. Pac-West accepts input data provided by U S WEST in EMIR format in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this Attachment 5. In order to ensure the overall integrity of the usage being transmitted from U S WEST to Pac-West, data transfer control reports shall be required. These reports shall be provided by Pac-West to U S WEST on a daily or otherwise negotiated basis and shall reflect the results of the processing for each pack transmitted by U S WEST.
Control Reports. MCIm accepts input data provided by BellSouth in EMR format in accordance with-the requirements and specifications detailed in this Section 8 of the Attachment III. In order to ensure the overall integrity of the usage being transmitted from BellSouth to MCIm, data transfer control reports shall be required. These reports shall be provided by MCIm to BellSouth on a daily or otherwise negotiated basis and reflect the results of the processing for each pack transmitted by BellSouth.
Control Reports. Sprint will accept input data provided by BA in EMI format in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this section of the Appendix.
Control Reports. Ultimus shall provide Administrator with a copy of Ultimus’ annual SOC 1 report for Fund Accounting and Administration. Should Ultimus fail to provide such report to Administrator, Ultimus will reimburse expenses up to $50,000 necessary to cover costs incurred by Trust’s auditor in performing additional control testing.
