ANP ANP shall permanently monitor and inspect the Operations directly or through arrangements with bodies of the Federal Government, States, or the Federal District. The monitoring and inspection, or the absence thereof, shall not exclude or reduce the Contracted Party’s responsibility for the full performance of the obligations undertaken in this Agreement in any way.
