Control Device Installation. Comverge shall be responsible for scheduling the installation of the Control Device with the Participant which shall be tracked by the Comverge Business Information System (“BIS”). The BIS shall be utilized to track customer interactions including installations, and the information shall be the basis for programming the switches in the DLCS. Comverge shall also be responsible for resolving any problems with the End-use Equipment that the Participant may have resulting solely from the installation of a Control Device.
