CONTROL CUBICLES. All cubicles shall be of approved design and construction with rigid front panels and with back of panel doors hinged to lie flat. The hinges shall be of the lift-off type. The cubicles shall be totally enclosed, dust proof, vermin proof and adequately ventilated to prevent condensation. The outside of the cubicles shall be finished in an approved colour. The inside of the cubicles shall be finished white. Control panels may contain more than one circuit, in which case each circuit must be segregated and the terminal boards labelled with main circuit designation. Each panel shall be provided with a 240 V bayonet cap, internal illuminating lamp operated from a door switch. Separate gland plates shall be provided for each circuit complete with glands suitable for PVC/ SWA/ PVC cable.
