Common use of Control Agreements Clause in Contracts

Control Agreements. Administrative Agent shall have received executed account control agreements with respect to the Loan Parties’ deposit and securities accounts as shall have been specified by Administrative Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, from the appropriate depository institutions or other entities holding such deposit accounts.

Control Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received fully executed account control agreements Control Agreements with respect to the Loan Parties’ deposit Deposit Accounts and securities accounts as Securities Accounts, each of which shall have been specified by Administrative Agent, be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, from so as to be in compliance with the appropriate depository institutions or other entities holding such deposit accountsprovisions of Section 7.11.

Control Agreements. Administrative Agent shall have received executed account control agreements with respect to the Loan Parties’ Borrower’s deposit and securities accounts as shall have been specified by Administrative Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, from the appropriate depository institutions or other entities holding such deposit accounts.

Administrative Agent shall have received executed account control agreements with respect to the Loan PartiesXxxxxxxx’s and Guarantors’ deposit and securities accounts as shall have been specified by Administrative Agentaccounts, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, from the appropriate depository institutions or other entities holding such deposit accounts.

The Administrative Agent shall have received executed a deposit account control agreements agreement with respect to each deposit account for which such a control agreement is required pursuant to the Loan Parties’ deposit and securities accounts as shall have been specified by Administrative AgentCollateral Agreement, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, from the appropriate depository institutions or other entities holding such deposit accounts.

Control Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received executed account control agreements executed by all parties thereto with respect to each Deposit Account (as defined in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement) or Securities Account (as defined in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement) pledged by any Loan Parties’ deposit Party to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Guarantee and securities accounts as shall have been specified by Administrative AgentCollateral Agreement (subject to the proviso in Section 7.10(e) hereof), in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, from the appropriate depository institutions or other entities holding such deposit accounts.

Control Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received executed account control agreements Control Agreements with respect to each deposit or bank account of each such Loan Party in each jurisdiction where such Control Agreements are required to perfect a security interest in deposit or bank accounts maintained at such bank and in each other jurisdiction where such arrangements are available as a method by which to control the Loan Parties’ deposit and securities accounts as shall have been specified by Administrative Agent, disposition or direction of funds in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, from the appropriate depository institutions or other entities holding such deposit accountsor bank account upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, subject to any exceptions set forth in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
