Common use of Contributory Liability Clause in Contracts

Contributory Liability. Hitachi will not be liable to You for the failure or non-performance of any obligation required of Hitachi hereunder, to the extent that such failure or non-performance is caused by Your act or omission, or the act or omission of Your personnel or any other person acting on Your behalf.
