Contributor’s Support Functions. During the Term, Contributor will perform, on behalf of New University, and subject to the ultimate control of New University and its Board of Trustees, the following support functions (collectively referred to as the “Support Functions”), which functions are critical to the performance of the Academic Functions by New University and will be subject to oversight by the New University Board of Trustees.
