If the Article was written by the Author in the course of the Author’s employment (as a "work-made-for-hire" in the course of employment), the Article is owned by the Company/Institution, which must execute this Agreement (in addition to the Author). In such case, the Company/Institution hereby grants to SAE, during the full term of copyright, a non-exclusive license to publish the Article for the full term of copyright throughout the world as specified above.
