Contribution by the Operating. Company of the Subject Interest to EPPP CIG. The Operating Company hereby grants, contributes, bargains, conveys, assigns, transfers, sets over and delivers to EPPP CIG, its successors and assigns, for its and their own use forever, all right, title and interest in and to the Subject Interest, and EPPP CIG hereby accepts such Subject Interest from the Operating Company.
