Common use of Contribution Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Contribution Adjustment. Should the Program’s income from operations for any given fund year be inadequate to pay the ultimate cost of claims incurred in that fund year, the Program may collect an adjusted contribution from any current or former Member.

Should the ProgramFund’s underwriting income from operations for any program within a given fund program year be inadequate to pay the ultimate cost of claims incurred in for that fund year, the Program Fund may collect an adjusted contribution from any current or former Fund Member if that Fund Member’s contribution is inadequate to pay the Fund Member’s claims incurred during that year.
