Common use of Contrary Provisions Clause in Contracts

Contrary Provisions. Unless otherwise provided herein to the contrary, to the extent any provision contained in this Agreement conflicts with any provision of any other agreement or understanding between the parties hereto, the provision contained in this Agreement shall supersede such other provision and be controlling with respect to the parties hereto; pro- vided that to the extent this Agreement does not conflict with or contradict a provision contained in any other agreement or understanding between the parties hereto now and in the future, the terms of any and all such other agreements shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms.
