Common use of Contractual Relationship Clause in Contracts

Contractual Relationship. The parties acknowledge and agree that, by executing the Agreement, the Customer enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, thereby establishing a separate DPA between AudioCodes and each such Authorized Affiliate subject to the provisions of the Agreement and this Section 10 and Section 11. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Contractual Relationship. All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the DPA and the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the DPA and the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Contractual Relationship. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Authorised Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Authorised Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, Agreement and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by CustomerClient.

Contractual Relationship. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Authorised Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Authorised Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Authorised Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the DPA and the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the DPA and the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

The parties acknowledge and agree that, by executing accepting and entering into the Agreement, the Customer enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, thereby establishing a separate DPA between AudioCodes Company and each such Authorized Affiliate subject to the provisions of the Agreement and this Section 10 9 and Section 1110. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, Agreement and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the DPA and the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the DPA and the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, Agreement and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Contractual Relationship. The parties acknowledge and agree that, by executing the Agreement, the Customer Client enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, thereby establishing a separate DPA between AudioCodes BE and each such Authorized Affiliate subject to the provisions of the Agreement and this Section 10 9 and Section 1110. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by CustomerClient.

The parties acknowledge and agree that, by executing the Agreement, the Customer enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, thereby establishing a separate DPA between AudioCodes SFDC and each such Authorized Affiliate subject to the provisions of the Agreement and this Section 10 9 and Section 1110. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party only to the this DPA. All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates Affiliate must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

All access to and use of the Services Service by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and DPA and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement or DPA by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services and Content by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under set forth in this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to partyto the Agreement, and is only a party only to the this DPA. All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the ofthe Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, Agreement and is only a party only to the this DPA. All access to and use of the Services Offerings by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Contractual Relationship. The parties acknowledge and agree that, by executing the Agreement, the Customer enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliates, thereby establishing a separate DPA between AudioCodes FF and each such Authorized Affiliate subject to the provisions of the Agreement Agreement, this Clause 9, and this Section Clause 10 and Section 11below. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, Agreement and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Services by Authorized Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement Agreement, and any violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.
