Common use of Contractual Commitments Clause in Contracts

Contractual Commitments. The Helicon Companies shall comply in all material respects with all of their contractual commitments under their existing Contracts and under any Contracts entered into after the date of this Agreement in compliance with Section 6.1(a)(2) or with the Charter Parties' consent (in each case, as such Contracts may be in effect from time to time in accordance with Section 6.1(a)(2) or with the Charter Parties' consent). The Helicon Companies may take such actions as are contemplated by the other Sections of this Agreement (excluding Sections 6.1(a) and (b)) and otherwise comply with their obligations under the other Sections of this Agreement (excluding Sections 6.1(a) and (b)).
