Contracts with Project Professionals. All professionals providing services to a Project shall be independent of Lakes and its Affiliates, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, and all contracts with such professionals will be negotiated by Lakes and Pawnee on an arms-length basis and in the best interests of Pawnee.
