Common use of Contracts for Deed Clause in Contracts

Contracts for Deed. Buyer agrees to comply with all Obligations set forth in any Contract for Deed contained in any Loan Pool subject to this Agreement. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1(e) hereof, Seller may require Buyer to prepare and furnish Special Warranty Deed(s) for Seller's approval and execution, conveying the real property subject to any such contract to Buyer. Title curative work, if required, shall be at Buyer's sole cost and expense.
