Contracts for Architect Clause Samples

The 'Contracts for Architect' clause defines the terms and conditions under which an architect is engaged to provide professional services for a project. It typically outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, compensation, and responsibilities of both the architect and the client. For example, it may specify the phases of design, required approvals, and procedures for handling changes or disputes. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and helps prevent misunderstandings or conflicts during the course of the project.
