Contracts, etc. – How Executed. Except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws, the Chairman of the Board (in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer), the President, any Vice President (who may be designated Executive or Senior Vice President) or Treasurer, or such other officer or officers as may from time to time be so authorized in accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors, shall have the power and authority to sign and execute on behalf of the Corporation deeds, conveyances and contracts, and any and all other documents requiring execution by the Corporation. The Board of Directors may authorize any other officer or officers, or agent or agents, to enter into any contract or execute any instrument in the name of and on behalf of the Corporation, and such authority may be general or confined to specific instances.
