CONTRACTS DISCLOSURE POLICY. 5.1 Subject to any obligations of confidence assumed by the State in relation to this Agreement or any Contract Document, the State may publicly disclose this Agreement or any Contract Document in its entirety, or a summary of this Agreement or Contract Document, in printed or electronic form, either generally to the public, or to a particular person as a result of a specific request. 5.2 The Supplier consents to disclosure by the State as set out in this clause.
