CONTRACTS AND CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS. The Company is a party to several material agreements, all of which are described in the Schedule of Exceptions attached hereto. Each of such agreements is in full force and effect and, to the Company's knowledge, no party thereto is in breach thereof. The Company is of the opinion that it receives services from affiliated companies for fair consideration as described in the Schedule of Exceptions attached hereto. The Company is not obligated to receive services from said affiliated companies.
