Contractor’s Program Director. Contractor’s Program Director is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). Contractor’s Program Director shall be a full-time employee of Contractor. Contractor’s Program Director shall be responsible for Contractor’s performance of all tasks and deliverables, and ensuring Contractor’s compliance with this Contract. Contractor shall notify County in writing of any change in the name or address of Contractor’s Program Director.
Contractor’s Program Director. 7.1.1 CONTRACTOR’s Program Director is designated in Exhibit F, CONTRACTOR’s Administration. CONTRACTOR shall notify COUNTY in writing of any change in the name or address of the CONTRACTOR’s Program Director.
7.1.2 CONTRACTOR’s Program Director shall be responsible for CONTRACTOR’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with COUNTY’s Program Manager during the daily operation of the Contract, and shall be available during the COUNTY’s regular business hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to respond to COUNTY inquiries and to discuss problem areas.
