CONTRACTORS PRACTICES Sample Clauses

The "Contractors Practices" clause sets out the standards and procedures that contractors must follow while performing their work under the contract. It typically requires contractors to adhere to industry best practices, comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. For example, this clause may mandate the use of qualified personnel, proper equipment, and adherence to safety protocols. Its core function is to ensure that the contractor's work meets agreed-upon quality and safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of accidents, substandard work, or legal non-compliance.
