Common use of Contractor's Initial Representations Clause in Contracts

Contractor's Initial Representations. By executing this Contract, Contractor represents that Contractor: 1.3.1. has carefully examined the Site and has informed itself of the facilities for delivery and placement of all equipment and materials; 1.3.2. has carefully evaluated the local economy, available labor, weather, and other conditions which will influence its productivity in performing the Project; 1.3.3. is fully aware of all conditions that exist or difficulties that may be encountered arising from or related to the execution of the Project; 1.3.4. warrants that the specified times for completion of the Project are reasonable times for its completion; 1.3.5. will complete the Project before January 15th, 2025. 1.3.6. must fulfill all of the requirements in the Contract without claiming any additional compensation.
