Contractor’s Fixed General. Conditions Compensation and the Guaranteed Maximum Contract Price shall be adjusted based on the documented increase in Fixed General Conditions Cost(s) together with a percentage of such increased Fixed General Conditions Costs at the percentage rate established in Section 1.6 of the Agreement.
