Contractor’s Equality Duties. As the Authority has appointed the Contractor to deliver services to the public on its behalf, the Contractor and his Staff shall be required to fully incorporate the Authority’s Race Equality and Disability Equality Schemes into the methods he uses to deliver the service. The Authority shall develop these Schemes in accordance with the terms of the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 and the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.
