Contractor’s EEO Plan. Each Contractor who provides MTS labor, equipment, materials and services of $50,000 or more per year with fifty (50) or more employees shall have, maintain, and submit an EEO Plan to the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations for MTS each year of the contract, and a Workforce Utilization Report on or before January 1 and July 1 for each year of the contract. The objective of this plan is to assure that the Contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, age or status as a parent. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.
