Common use of Contractor’s Completion Documents Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Completion Documents. 10.14.1. Architect shall receive and review all maintenance and operating instructions, schedules, guarantees, bonds and certificates of inspection, tests and approvals which are to be assembled by Contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents (but such review will only be to determine that their content complies with the requirements of, and in the case of certificates of inspections, tests and approvals the results certified indicate compliance with, the Contract Documents); and shall transmit them to District with written comments and recommendation on their conformance with Contract requirements. 10.14.2. Architect shall employ and engage personnel who are sufficiently qualified to conduct meaningful review of maintenance and operating instructions, schedules, guarantees, bonds and certificates of inspection, and tests.
