CONTRACTOR/TOWN COMMUNICATIONS. 2.7.1 Local Office Throughout the period of this agreement, the Contractor shall establish and maintain an office/dispatch and an authorized managing agent in the North Texas area. Contractor's managing agent shall serve as the point of contact for the Contractor during business hours. The Contractor shall provide 24-hour contact information for Special Service request and deficiency notices.
