Contractor Supply Quote Clause Samples

The Contractor Supply Quote clause defines the process by which a contractor provides a detailed estimate or quotation for the materials, labor, and services required for a project. Typically, this clause outlines the information that must be included in the quote, such as itemized costs, timelines, and any assumptions or exclusions. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear, documented understanding of the expected costs and scope before work begins, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over pricing or deliverables.
