CONTRACTOR ROYALTY. (a) References to “Contractor Share Revenue” in Section 4.2(a) (Revenue Share), Section 4.2(b) (Records), Section 4.2(c) (Reports and Payment of Contractor Revenue Share), Section 4.2(d) (Audit Rights), and Section 4.3 ( Fees and Contractor’s Revenue Share Only) shall be deleted and replaced with “Contractor Royalty”.
