CONTRACTOR RESPONSBILITIES. ‌ Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, services, and labor required for operating, maintaining, and marketing materials for the County’s MRF. The Contractor acknowledges and accepts that the MRF Facility including the site, building, and Equipment are sufficient to enable the Contractor to meet its obligations and responsibilities to operate the MRF as defined in this Agreement. Contractor is solely responsible for ensuring that the MRF Facility remains sufficient to meet its obligations at all times during the term of this Agreement.
