Contractor Quality Control Program Sample Clauses

The Contractor Quality Control Program clause requires the contractor to establish and maintain a systematic process for monitoring and ensuring the quality of their work throughout the project. This typically involves the contractor developing a quality control plan, conducting regular inspections, and documenting compliance with project specifications and standards. By mandating these procedures, the clause helps prevent defects, ensures that deliverables meet agreed-upon requirements, and reduces the risk of costly rework or project delays.
