Contractor Quality Assurance and Control. For each Stage of the project, including Maintenance/Back-Office Operations and Front Office Operations, Contractor shall develop and shall adhere to a Quality Assurance and Control Plan, as detailed in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, that addresses the methods, procedures, and processes of ensuring compliance with standards of quality required by the Agreement.
