Contractor Provided Coverages. All insurance obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be written by insurance companies licensed to do business in Tennessee and acceptable to Owner. In no event shall the companies have an A. M. Best rating of less than A-, financial size VIII. Prior to the commencement of any operations by or on behalf of the Contractor relating to the Project, and with respect to any and all such operations, the Contractor shall procure and provide to Owner and the Program Manager.
