Contractor Parent Guaranty. No later than fifteen (15) days after execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall deliver to Owner the guaranty of WGI Parent in favor of Owner in substantially the form of Part 3 of Exhibit G (the "WGI Guaranty"), guaranteeing Contractor's performance and payment obligations under this Agreement.
