Common use of Contractor Material Clause in Contracts

Contractor Material. All material provided to the Consultant by the Contractor, including documents provided in accordance with clause 6 and any other documents, equipment, machinery and data (stored by any means). The commissioning and handover plan described in the Subcontract Particulars, amended as approved under the Managing Contractor Contract.
