Contractor Generated Corrective Action Plan. (A) The Department may require the Contractor to create its own corrective action plan. In such instances, the Department shall send a written notice to the Contractor detailing the Contractor’s non-compliance. The notice shall require the Contractor to develop a corrective action plan.
