Contractor Evaluation System. The County will implement a contract monitoring and evaluation system incorporating the most recent Criteria for an Evaluation System provided by DDD.
Contractor Evaluation System. The Contractor shall complete and have available for review a Service Evaluation System. The evaluation shall include the Criteria for an Evaluation System, quality assurance and quality improvements. A copy of such Service Evaluation System shall be provided upon request to the County for review and approval.
